Hello! I'm Jason Ketter, a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in business management, specializing in team leadership and employee training. Born and raised in the vibrant city of Pittsburgh, PA, I've cultivated a career driven by a passion for improving operational efficiency and fostering strong team dynamics.

My journey began with a strong technical foundation, earning a degree in Electronics from Gateway Technical Institute, where I graduated with honors. This background laid the groundwork for my expertise in digital and analog electronics, and industrial control systems, providing me with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of my roles.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in diverse industries, from managing kitchen operations at Michael's Restaurant to leading technical teams at Rivers Casino. In my current role as a Slot Technical Shift Manager, I’ve honed my skills in project management, training, and process optimization. My leadership style is rooted in accountability, open communication, and a commitment to quality.

One of the aspects of my career that I’m most proud of is my ability to manage and mentor teams. I believe that a strong team is the backbone of any successful project, and I’ve made it a point to provide clear guidance, constructive feedback, and continuous support to my team members. My approach has always been to lead by example, whether it's showing up early, staying late, or tackling challenges head-on.

In addition to my management experience, I also have experience in various technical and creative tools, including Adobe Photoshop, HTML, PHP, and Google scripting. These skills have allowed me to contribute to projects beyond the scope of traditional management, such as developing training protocols, creating websites, and improving departmental organization.
